Hally-pharma's engine then explores every possible branch of the process to identify, for each product pair, the largest shared equipment train surface area — the surface that determines the actual ARL (Acceptable Residual Limit), not a conservative approximation.
In multi-step processes with alternative equipment, dozens of manufacturing paths may exist. Hally-pharma automatically analyzes them to identify the equipment trains that are truly shared and to accurately determine the total shared surface.
