From configuration to all calculated combinations, automatically

Enter your products, processes and equipment once. Hally-pharma automatically generates all product A → product B combinations, calculates every MACO and every ARL — regardless of the number of steps and equipment configurations.

Your input data, infinite results

Hally-pharma handles all the combinatorial work. You configure your environment, our engine calculates everything.

MACO calculation approaches

Configure your acceptance strategies: daily therapeutic dose approach, HBEL (PDE), empirical limits (10 ppm). Hally-pharma supports multiple parallel approaches and automatically retains the most restrictive value.

Enter each product: routes of administration, minimum daily dose, formulation, toxicological data, etc. Hally-pharma centralizes this data and reuses it in all cross-calculations (product A in product B and vice versa).

Equipment & manufacturing processes

Manufacturing process description

This is where all the complexity lies — and where Hally-pharma delivers. You describe each process as an ordered sequence of steps. For each step, you associate one or more pieces of equipment, with the ability to define alternative configurations: 'this equipment or that equipment'.

Hally-pharma's engine then explores every possible branch of the process to identify, for each product pair, the largest shared equipment train surface area — the surface that determines the actual ARL (Acceptable Residual Limit), not a conservative approximation.

The complexity of combinations, illustrated

In multi-step processes with alternative equipment, dozens of manufacturing paths may exist. Hally-pharma automatically analyzes them to identify the equipment trains that are truly shared and to accurately determine the total shared surface.

All outputs, in one click

Once the configuration is entered, Hally-pharma calculates everything — for every product combination, in both directions.

All product A → product B combinations

The engine automatically generates all product pairs (A in B, B in A, A in C…), with no omissions and no manual errors.

MACO calculated for each approach

For each pair, all configured approaches (Therapeutic dose, PDE, 10 ppm…) are calculated and the most restrictive criterion is automatically selected.

ARL using the Hally-pharma model

Hally-pharma identifies the largest shared equipment train surface area between two products — even with alternative configurations — and calculates the ARL on this real basis, not an approximation.

Full calculation traceability

Each result is linked to its source data. You can trace everything at any time — which assumption led to which calculation.

Export and reporting

Exportable summary tables, ready to integrate into your documents.

Instant update

Add a product, modify equipment, or change an approach? All calculations are instantly recalculated across your entire facility.
